I recently had my master bathroom re modeled and the handy man that did the job before wasn't too great.....the shower door did not close all the way, the hinges weren't all the way in, the shower head was not where i asked him to put it....so i called LA handyman to come and fix the poor job that was done. There was a fire in one of our rooms! It was quite devastating to both me and my family! Many of our possessions had burned away and the damage done was just a terrible sight to bear witness to! This company does have a lower rate and better availability than other handyman services in the area, but now I know why... The handyman ended up damaging my front door, patio door, and kitchen sink while trying to repair them. I took pictures and contacted the company immediately. They are TERRIBLY UNETHICAL, making empty promises to make repairs or compensate, but then they never follow through. I've had to speak to supervisor after supervisor, and finally one of the owners.
