My friends and I parked at Yamashiro Hollywood for my birthday party. Nestled in the Hollywood Hills, few other parking options exist except for their valet company, Kei Valet. Key Valet caused $1500 in damages to my vehicle, making huge white paint scrapes and dents in the driver's side rear panel. They denied fault, and the conditions that were present to cause the damage, and refused my insurance company access to the location to investigate.
