I originally began working with Homewood on quotes for a new home while the economy was in a rut. At the time they were friendly and anxious for my business. Now when I visit the front counter I am treated with a we don't care attitude. Maybe they treat contractors better, but know that the economy has picked up, they don't seem interested in homeowner or owner/builder business. After 2 recommendations, I went with this company only to be left with admittedly cutting procedures even after we discussed entire job 2 weeks prior. Seemed like inexperienced workers. Left the entire perimeter felt area capable of cutting fingers and toes if contacted. To this companies credit they reduced the price by 33%, which I will have to use to correct the situation. I had Sherman Brothers Construction and Roofing come out to my home to give me an estimate on my roof. They were very polite, helpful on helping me choose type of roof and prompt on getting an estimate to me. From time of estimate to end of job, it only took them 2 days to complete. I was very satisfied with my roof and I would recommend them to friends, etc. In fact, my neighbor just requested for Sherman Brothers to come out and give her and estimate on her roof.
