I would highly recommend Yvette Hitchens to anyone who is looking or thinking about purchasing a home. I wasn't sure if I could afford to buy a property, but after I met with Yvette and she connected me to a fabulous lender, I was able to start the loan approval process. Within weeks, I had a preapproval letter, and I was ready to shop. Once escrow opened, I was nervous and anxious, but no matter what, Yvette walked me through each step.
