Goodyear arranged with this company to give us a tow - from Long Beach to Goodyear Tires in Long Beach. The woman who runs this shop cancelled the towing call - no reason given. When we called to follow up, she hung up. No reasons given. I called her the following day to ask why she cancelled the service, she asked me to have a wonderful day because "she's gonna have a wonderful day" herself. I wish she would realize that a tow service is not a casual request because someone might actually be in danger or in some kind of trouble. ...read more

Green Towing

bunch of crooks! I called up for a jump start help. The operator said, it would cost me $49 for a service call plus labor. The guy came, jump started the car and charged $150 for that! With the car running, I went to the nearest Pep Boys and had another jump start and new battery, plus installation -full service for a $100!. When I called up Green Service with complaint (if the operator revealed all the charges on the phone, I'd never ordered the service), the manager (or the owner) basically said- it's a free country, we charge what we want.
