Goodyear arranged with this company to give us a tow - from Long Beach to Goodyear Tires in Long Beach. The woman who runs this shop cancelled the towing call - no reason given.
When we called to follow up, she hung up. No reasons given.
I called her the following day to ask why she cancelled the service, she asked me to have a wonderful day because "she's gonna have a wonderful day" herself.
I wish she would realize that a tow service is not a casual request because someone might actually be in danger or in some kind of trouble.
