I am a customer/patient of this Medi Spa and of Dr. Nat and have been for about a year and a half. I have had Botox and Juvederm from Dr. Nat, and have been thrilled with the results! He has taken 10 years off my face, and I mean that! Though I had tried Botox several times before going to Dr. Nat, I never got as good a result as I do now under his care. My Botox is lasting 5 months! It's super! The juvederm filled in the lines from the edges of my nose down to the corners of my mouth, and I couldn't be more pleased. My husband loves it, and could see the difference immediately. So far, it has lasted 16 months, and it's still going strong! I would take Dr. Nat's advice anytime! He's the best! He listens to my concerns and what I want, and he explains things very understandably. I also like it that Indulgence let's me know about their "specials" by my email. It is just great. This spa does not disclose openly their charges, the doctor they have for botox is creepy and the manager goes as far as to tell her customers she does not care to keep you as one - I called to question a $125 charge after deciding NOT to get botox because the doctor they have is awful and I was extremely uncomfortable with him. Beware, if you want a great day spa DO NOT come here and if you want to try botox DEFINITELY do not go to this spa - the doctor will try to push you to get as many units as possible and won't care what your concerns are - the manager is rude and does not care about customer satisfaction - terrible combination when it comes to improving your beauty... ...read more

I love the Pumpkin Spcie Sugar scrub and so do my clients! IT smells Delicious! and my skin is velvety smooth...At spa parties I always give each guest a goody bag and for the winter/holiday months I have given a Pumpkin Spice Sugar Scrub and a Ginger Spice Shower Gel... the ladies are always delighted!
