After living there from a 12 month lease, they decide to up the rent even though they they are advertising the same apartments for less then you initially signed for. Also, they don't pay water or trash and they make you pay for sewage which comes out around to 45 - 50 bucks a months that you need to pay with your rent. They are always having blackout.... not just a couple hours... like it once was 11am - 3am... its ridiculous!!!! And no they did not offer to reduce the rent. And dont let me start about the Tv, internet,and phone situation. These apartments dont accept time warner cable among others. They make you go through another company called Consolidated (which is a complete ripoff) to get your tv connected to directv and you share one dish with the whole complex. I was lucky enough to get the internet and phone directly through verizon instead of that company because they charge you an arm and a leg for made up fees.
