After losing our home owners insurance through a series of unexpected but needed claims, (they dropped us) we had a hard time finding another insurance that would even quote us. Then there is Johana Montoya! Last chance, I called Johana's Allstate Agency and here is what she did for us... I brought in a large bag of receipts that were for the needed repairs and she copied and ordered them for the underwriters to review and came back to us with an offer for insurance covererage that was better than the company that dropped us.
