I ordered jackets for our survey crew 8 in total. One came with a rip in the arm on the inside and the other had really bad sewing around the neck to where it would have fallen apart within weeks. I sent an email and a call to them and had them pick up the shipment. They told me they received the jackets and there were not issues. I have pictures of the problems with the jackets and they say they will not replace them because there is not an issue with the fabric. I guess whoever was doing quality control and them out in the first place is trying to cover their butts. I would highly recommend not using them. The sad part was we need safety vests and hard hats for the upcoming year as well. Their inventory looks amazing and I would have continued to use them but if we are having an issue with 2 jackets that were flawed and I cannot get them replaced with ones that are not then there is no point in even using the company. ...read more
