Danielle Purcell is a rude, abrasive woman who I would NOT recommend doing business with. With plenty of nice, customer service oriented agents out there, I would not give any business to her company. Her staff, on the other hand, are great people and I had good experiences with them. I rented a property FROM Dorothy S managed by Melinda Zoller and made Better Business Bureau Complaints and Small Claims Actions against them for mis-management - they try to steal your security deposits... USELESS, stay away from 101 Santa Rosa Court Laguna Beach, and First Team Laguna. Providers like this are the reason review boards were created - to give THE CUSTOMER a voice... they treat you like YOU'RE a slave and have to do everything they want... ...read more
