The gal doing returns in CS did not follow my directions to put the return back on my credit card. I found out later that she had put HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS of MY return money onto a Kohl's gift card instead of returning the money to my credit card. The credit card i had purchased the items with originally. \t\nI called the store and the manager said he would talk to the employee involved. Then i have to go back to the store to straighten out this mess, I am in CS getting MY MONEY back when i hear the SAME employee trying to talk a customer into putting her return into a Kohl's gift card instead of back onto her credit card!!!!\t\nApparently , if the manager did talk to this employee it didn't do any good, she is still trying to AGGRESSIVELY take people's returns and put them into Kohl's gift cards instead of returning people's money to them by putting it back on their credit cards!\t\nIt makes me wonder, is she trying for job security to keep people coming back to Kohl's because they end up with huge amounts on Kohl's gift cards where they can only shop at Kohl's? Instead of as people are requesting, having their money returned to their credit cards, where the money can be spent at other stores.\t\nCould Kolh's possibly be rewarding CS employees for AGGRESSIVELY putting returns on Kohl's gift cards instead of giving people their money back as i had requested that she put in back on my credit card. ...read more
