DO NOT rent from this place!! They are horrible! There is no soundproofing at all so you hear every single thing your neighbors do - and we mean everything!! The windows in the bedrooms need replacing along with the parking lot needing repaving but management refuses to do (although before you move in they claim it will be done soon). Instead they spend the money replacing washers, dryers and patio furniture that had nothing wrong & didn't need to be replaced. Also, they have a new manager who never gives the 24hr/48hr notices to residents when necessary like the former manager did. This place is nice and has a lot of square footage. I moved into the renovated apartment which is nice and has central air. I like how easy it is to get to Grossmont Shopping center, albertsons, and easy to get on the trolley. I can pay my rent online and put a service request in. It has a pool, gym, and a laundry room. There is only four units to each apartment building, which is nice. THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!!!!!!! My partner and I lived at Park Grossmont last year for 3 months and we had to move because the neighbors were threating us for being gay. We went to talk to the manager Josh Himebaugh and he said there was nothing he can do. We also told him that these same individuals were dealing drugs outside in the complex and he also said he couldn't do anything. We finally moved, and we received a bill for the utilities company they have charging us for Electricity that we paid SDGE and is now in collections. We been been going back and forth with Josh (Manager) to let us know if this is right, to please look further into this. We received an email back in May saying that he was going to take care of it and he didnt. Now is in our credit report and he is not answering our calls or emails.
