Sports are not second rate with first place teams regularly placing in Soccer, Basketball and Volleyball. Located in the hills above the Rose Bowl, with a view to the ocean, FSHA is proud of its heritage beginning in 1926 as a Biltmore Hotel and converting to the current institution in 1931. The hotel was closed during the Great Depression but was sold to the Dominican sisters as has been in their care ever since.
