this was an unsafe, horrible, filthy, dirty, disgusting place.\t\nwith broken appliances-the list goes on. this is my second and last experience with these crooks-we actually cleaned up the place FOR them and no deposit back. They refuse to help once they get your huge deposit that they ask for up front. The one nice employee they had when we were there contacted me privately to tell me that she was so sorry. She agreed that it was a terrible business and was quitting. Part of my rental was wireless service. Apparently this employee had to lend me her air card because Rose Real Estate didnt have any wireless organized by the time we arrived . After she quit-they refused to pay for her wireless that I used/ they had charged me for & stuck her with the bill!!. PLEASE dont waste your time/$$!! Rose and Molly and know John (mollys replacement) all much to be desired I believed my realto who is Roses nephew he recomended her and wow what a mess It took three months and finally threats of lawyers and a call the the police to get just my first months rent from her. Cant get statements which are to be supplied monthly and always an excuse she wont return calls know I have to hunt her down to get the irs paperwork to file my return which I yelled and screamed at her to give me over a month ago \t\nI have never encountered such a bad business dont let her sucker you in she will tell you anything you want to here its all bull!!!Im stuck for a couple of more months but dont let her get you. every month since the beginning I have to email and threaten with the police its sickening. ...read more

Not even 1 star do they deserve, they are no good, they always try to keep your security deposit, with all kind of excuses,they try to raise the rent to 100 dollars when your lease comes around,and if you dont comply they will tell you that the owner wants his house cause he is retiring and then they turn around and rent it to someone else for the amount they wanted.They deserve not even 1 star. ...read more
