***WARNING*** Call another company! I called and the first thing Randy did was ask if I am ready to place an order as he didn't want to waste his time driving to meet with me if I wasn't serious about using him for my job. That should have been enough for me not to use them but because of my time crunch, I proceeded. Randy came out and went over all of our options and we placed the order. He took about an hour and measured everything out and said the install would take place in about a week.The next morning, we received a voicemail saying he decided not to do the job because he thinks it's challenging and thinks something will go wrong. Keep in mind, this is after he came out and told us it was a straightforward job and it would look beautiful.
