When we needed a medical bed for my mother. An appt. was scheduled....by the END of the time they were scheduled to be here, they were not. No phone call, then were incredibly rude!!! They said they came, they did not. She was being discharged home fully bed ridden. Her bed had been removed and disposed of....so she had no bed to come home to. Since she has passed. Called them to pick up. I was told they would call me this morning and give me a 2 hour window. No call, tried to call all day, no answer after the 2nd call and being told they still did not have a schedule. I begged them to respect my time as I alive 3 hours away.
