Renting from American Properties Services was a nitemare, Linda McClure-King as she was known then was a horrible person, every time you called her about an event in your unit she always complained that you were never happy. She also nickle and dimed you to death charging outrages late fees. And then she she surprised us with a sale of the unit without any real notice. And demanded we let the buyer see the property.
