We called this store 3 times this afternoon for information about a new lawn mower. The first two times, after going through the standard, "for this department, press 1, for this department, press 2"-all the way up to press 8 at which time it started back at 1 for a whole list of new departments, we finally got the garden department and a person named Corinna. As soon as we asked about if they had lawn mowers for sale, she disconnected the phone. The third time I called, the first person I spoke to in the garden department didn't even know if they had lawn mowers for sale, because I heard her ask somebody in the background. She came back on the line and told me, "Yes, we have lawn mowers." I then asked to speak to someone who knew something about them, so I was transferred to another lady who told me some prices of a few different brands. So much for somebody who knew something about lawn mowers! This experience most likely will not prevent me from shopping there in the future, because frankly, I don't have a lot of options in this neck of the woods. ...read more
