It's been a few years that i was trying to shed my last 20-25 pounds. I've tried everything with excersice and eating right but i was yoyo-ing. I finally convinced my husband to allow me to try a weight loss program & w/ proper diet, excercise, vitamin b12s & other supplements...I HAVE LOST MY 25 POUNDS AND KEEPING IT OFF! I am definitely ecstatic and have sent numerous friends and family members to the office. I know they are in great hands and will lose the weight too! Rm 323 - waited 1hr to be taken in for the initial exam with assistant. Then waited another 40 minutes for eyes to dilate, in which they dilated in about 30 minutes. All this waiting for a 5 minute actual exam with the dr. When you mentioned that the office wait was absolutely ridiculous, all the office staff were rude with an "I don't care" attitude and just kept repeating "we had an emergency". What happened to common courtesy as to call the people with later appts and let them know that they were running 2 hrs behind due to this so-called emergency. I hope HealthCare Partners never, ever send us there again. We will flatly refuse to go and ask for someplace else and tell them the reason why!!! ...read more

This clinic is great! I have been to two other offices & I've decided to have The New You assist me with my weight loss. I've already lost a total of 4 inches & it's only my third month! I'm so excited to fit into my clothes from 3 years ago. The staff is very considerate and patient. The nurses who helps me battle my bulge is always ready to answer my questions.
