ABC Mailbox Rental

Not like the UPS Stores - googlealerts - Today ABC Mailbox was conveniently located, however I find that they are not as welcoming or helpful as previous boxes I've had at two different UPS Stores. The folks at ABC just aren't very customer service oriented. For example if I call to ask if I've gotten a package, they've said to me that they don't provide that service and I should come in to check my mail. I've only called a couple of times in the 8 months I've had their service, so it's not like I'm hounding them daily for information. I just don't think they get that they are in the service business. I will be considering changing from their store, but hesitate because if I were to do so, I'd have to change my address with everyone who might send me mail. ...read more
