I just returned to the office after eating lunch at your Gilroy location. I always order the Large Combo (7.39) I asked the clerk that I prefer the Potato cake instead of curly fries as usual but my total came out to $8.63 and I asked why the increase in price, he stated it's extra and he actually asked and got second approval from the General manager who was working the drive thru window.......curly fries1.69 and potato cakes 1.59 on previous visits my request has never cost me more. This after both clerks looked at the main menu board over the counter. Is there any reason to charge customers extra price for the substitution of potato cake instead of curly fries, you should change the price on the main menu to reflect that variance......I ended up furious and ordered a Large sandwich and small coke. I think it is very bad business and a bad reflection on how your business at 6945 is being operated.......you have surely lost a regular customer. ...read more
