Recently my car had broken down.. at the worst time possible. I was zipping down San Tomas in my passat and all of a sudden my check engine light pops on and my car no matter how hard I pressed the gas wouldn't go any faster. I was basically puttin along the road and freaking out. I LUCKILY made it to my new diggs and was able to park my car. So first thing Monday morning I hopped onto yelp and was looking for towing companies. i called around for a few quotes and for a 5 mile tow I didn't realise how pricey it could be. VOILA!! A-1 Road Service came highly recommended by my State Farm agent when my Acura didn't start. Having had a few emergency road issues over the decades, I can attest that A-1 is many cuts above in all respects. Timely, knowledgeable, thoughtful service... and friendly to top it off! My situation was amplified due to a low height shopping center garage and narrow, short curve entrance to where I was parked, so the driver had to come up with a creative solution! (To further explain my predicament, the first towing service I phoned, misdiagnosed my car issue on the phone, which spun into no efficient follow-up from them.)
