Glad I took the advice of the sales agent who convinced me that the capresso jura ena 9 was superior to the other machine I was going to buy from saeco. The capresso system is much less hands on and much more easy to use. It is like a mac compared to a pc and the quality of the coffee keeps a smile on my face every morning (and sometimes evening).
