Hello! Please call us if you have any plumbing need of any kind. We started out as "R" Rooter&Plumbing; in 1986 and after my husband was in an accident and left paralyzed, I have had to run the business on my own. As you can imagine, we had many obstacles to overcome. After the employees we had at the time of his accident took advantage of us being away from the business and told customers that they were the owners of the business and had the customers write checks out in their individual names, and stole tools, equipment, customers, and on and on, we found ourselves in a financial crisis. We lost a lot of our customers and a lot of business. We have had to start over. We weren't able to advertise in the yellow pages due to our financial situation, so we lost our ad position. We would have been behind over 25 other companies and probably wouldn't have gotten many phone calls. We decided to change our name to something that started with an "A" instead of an "R" to get us better positioning in the book. We decided to change our name to, "All Certified Plumbing" because since I have had to take over the business, I am now a certified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Woman-owned business (WBE) and the federal certification of 8a which is the most prestigious certification, and the hardest to get. We are also PACP and NASSCO certified for our CCTV inspection work we do. I am looking for a company that is interested in partnering up with me on my 8a certification that I have for two more years. My husband is also able to get another 9 years of 8a status due to his medical condition. Between the two of us we have a possible 11 years of doing 8a work. With this federal certification, we are sent jobs that are set aside for 8a businesses and have very few people bidding on them. A government agency is able to sole-source jobs to an 8a company for up to 3.5 million without having to get any other bids. I am looking for someone that is capable to take on large projects, has the financial bonding and funding capabilities of doing large jobs, and is willing to split the profit 50/50 with me.
