So my boyfriend, my friend, and I were craving Indian food and we found Biryani Bowl. We sit down to look at the menu and about three minutes later the cashier told us to move for other customer that came after us. We were forced to sit in the back of the restaruant. We waited forty minutes and they served everyone else in the restaruant before our food was done. We get home an we find fibble little pieces of burnt meat which I can only assume was lamb, cold food, and warm mango lassi. We're beyond mad at this point. My friend calls to tell the manager how upset he is and that he wants a refund. He was told that if we brought the food we would get our money back. We drive back and my friend goes in with the food. Several minutes past when I see two police car pull up. The man actually called the police on us just over a food dispute. The police even said this was a complete waste of time. Ok, so we get there at about 9, we sit down as though we are going to sit and eat. Literally just minutes later a server said, "can you move? this is for our members.", as he points to six indians. The only other tables were in the back of the restaurant. honestly now if that isn't the epitomy of racisim please do tell me! But it gets worse! we literally end up waiting for 48 minutes, I ended up timing, because we were in there for so long. Not to mention he didn't give us our drinks, HE SET THEM ON THE HOT GLASS THAT WAS KEEPING THE (tasteless) FOOD WARM. so lets skip just how bad the food was. I mean did they throw a whole mint plant in there or the whole dang farm? but thats cool thats who they are right? sure maybe what ever. My friend goes back for what we all heard as "refund" I didn't go in but, I eventually did, because they called the cops and there were cars now parked in the empty parking lot (it's 10:08 pm now). cops listened to us, and even with them there this is what we were given. Half a refund. tada! and they took the food back. yup! as we gave it to him to check, HE KEPT IT. Let me repeat that, HE KEPT IT, EVERYTHING!!!! Drinks and $40 of meager food.
