BEWARE!!! We used Folsom Relocation & Storage to unload our budget trucks. We were quoted 4 hours and were charged 10.25 hours to our credit card. We were also charged for an hour that was not worked! When I called to complain and get a partial refund I had to leave a message for the owner Mike Long. I proceeded to have to leave messages for him for 2 months before I got a call back! When I finally talked to him he was extremely rude, called me names, and yelled at me! I have never written a bad review for a company nor am I competitor trying to make them look bad. We used Folsom Relocation and Storage to move us from Rocklin to Auburn. When I opened my dresser drawer at our new place, I noticed both my camera and Ipod missing from the same drawer it was in the night before. The interesting thing is that I NEVER remove the headphones from the IPOD, and they were left in the drawer. I took the matter up with the owner of the company who asked me to file a police report. I did, even providing the serial numbers of the items. Their response was that because the Auburn PD would not launch a full investigation that they were going to ignore me.
