This please is not good for new customers as they don't care for the new customers, all though you make an appointment. There this girl with loads of attudie and does not know what she is talking about as I made an appointment at 6:15pm and waited until 7:15pm for the reason that personae I made an appointment was on a break. When he came back they have sent the other customer as he is a regural and the reason I was give is that. She had no idea why I was there???. When I asked why did you make me wait all she said is that you can stand and argue you with me or wait for your tern with another person. This is totally bull. She sitting out there with a drawing book and she call's her self a pro??. Use POSSIVE words at all times. Toddlers relate "CUT" to "PAIN". Tell them their hair is "TOO LONG" and it needs to be 'SHORTER". A little 'TRIM' on the bangs will help you "SEE BETTER". A little "TRIM" on the length will make it "EASIER to COMB". Don't wait too long for their first HairSHOP experience, the sooner the Better!!!
