I am writing to acknowledge the excellent customer service I received from Landon Harrison. I was most impressed with his level of courtesy and commitment to solve a repair problem for me. He didn't just "drop the ball", he delved into the archives, provided details of the part I needed, contacted the representative and even took photos to transmit of my damaged faucet part. More pros: They know their products, they know what things are and how they work and what goes with what - a huge plus. They are also pleasant to work with and seem to enjoy what they're doing. More cons: When you call, you're lucky to catch someone to actually speak to. If you leave a message, they either don't call back or finally get around to it in a few days. They also don't post their business hours on their telephone recording, nor their location if you're a first-time client. When the items finally show up, you're lucky if the product is in tact. We've waited almost a month for an order of basic cabinet handles to arrive complete. In fact, we're still waiting on half of our order that "got lost". Overall, if you're in a hurry for your kitchen or bath plumbing supplies, good luck. If you need a quality product line to view and choose from, this is the place... just come with plenty of patience and free time on your hands. ...read more
