When it comes down to getting home improvement work done making that first contractor could make or break you. But low and behold after receiving 4 outrageous estimates from $38,000 to $42,700 to paint 2 - 9 unit, 3 story apartment buildings then JRP Painting gave me their estimate of $31,000! JRP Painting pressure washed our buildings and then patched wholes. JRP Painting finished the job in less than 3 weeks. It would have been finished sooner but we had rain a couple of days.
