We are a motorcycle repair shop in Orlando, FL. We had purchased a motorcycle tire changer and balance machine from this company a month ago. We couldn't use these machines efficiently because they sent the wrong ones, they weren't for motorcycles. They sent some extensions that did not work, we also paid for them. We lost money because we couldn't use these machines. They accepted that it was their fault and promised that they will refund all the money that we paid including shipping. We cleaned and prepared the machines and sent them in original boxes. They did not refund all the money, they deducted $350 for the shipping cost. We purchased another brand from another company and their products are working well. Be careful about the Xinkong USA company who sells Ceegos products before you buy their any product !!! ...read more
