My loved one is currently living in this facility and it is a nightmarish experience! We receive frequent calls around the clock from our loved one expressing her great suffering. When I try to visit her I have been denied entrance. When I have tried to phone, the calls are often unanswered. When I phone the owner, she does not answer her phone either. When I leave messages, they go unanswered. The owner's only communication with me has been to post unprofessional hate rants in online, public forums. When I have been allowed inside the facility to visit, the conditions are disturbing to see. This place has not allowed my loved one to leave the facility with me for any outings.
