This is my first experience with this appliance service and i am highly dissatisfied with the service i have received so far. My dryer was not functioning, so i called them to repair it. It cost me $ 285 for a new motor. One week later, when the guy came to finally replace the motor, he couldn't remove a needed part from the old motor and said we would have to order another part too now. It took another week for this part to arrive and cost me $ 20 more. When the technician finally came to fix the dryer, i also asked him to replace a part of the washer. My washer was functioning fine. The only problem with it was that it would wash with just cold water (not hot or warm) I was told to pay $ 75 for this washer part, so that i get hot and warm water too. And now, sure enough, there is hot, warm and cold water too, but the washer does not "wash." The water fills up and it just sits there. The technicians are careless and inexperienced.
