Denny's

5.0

By MysteryShopPro at Citysearch

as far as denny's goes, we've all been there and we all know what to expect. its nice to have a convenient diner that is 24 hours and has a consistent menu at their locations. but you dont go there expecting gourmet meals. \t\n\t\nthe food at this location is on par with the others. once again, very consistent. but what sets the place apart was my server Rebecca! she has to be the very best server i've ever had at any restaurant! not only was she personable and friendly, but she was genuine and took care of my requests right away.\t\n\t\nunfortunately the manager was rude. when i asked for my drink in a to-go cup, the manager came out of nowhere and stuck her nose in my business and had the nerve to blatantly accuse me of trying to get a free to-go soda when i supposedly didnt pay for one! \t\n\t\ni couldnt believe the manager's attitude and how confrontational she was! but rebecca came right to my defense and insisted that i did buy a drink. i even pulled the receipt out of my pocket (i had already paid and the manager was the one who was at the register!) and showed it to the manager. she then just walked away and didnt even apologize for doing that right in front of all the customers! \t\n\t\nthis place must have a lot of management problems. every time i go there they have a new manager. this time it was late at night and it was a hispanic female. \t\n\t\nbut despite the problem with the manager, i would still go back because Rebecca is simply amazing! Rebecca really should be the manager! And it is totally beyond me how upper management has failed to realize that! thank you for doing such a great job Rebecca and i'm sorry your company doesn't seem to see what an asset you are! ...read more

McDonald's

1.0

By mrs ronnie at Citysearch

I love going to McDonald's but I hate going to this location. Just last week my husband and I went through the drive-thru and they messed up our order twice - and all we had were the new coffees. First, one of the coffees was half filled and we asked the employee to fill it because our medium drink only had the portion of a small drink. Second we had to return both drinks because we had asked for the vanilla drinks and it did not have any flavor. This is not my first bad experience here I have had others and avoid this McDonald's, but I decided to give it another chance. Ive had issues with slow service and incorrect orders and now I am definitely avoiding this location. ...read more
