Since there's a dearth of info on the internet about Delano apartments, we had to take a day to go look at apartments. Maybe this description will help someone else: Of all the apartments we've looked at in Delano, Brandywine Apartments seem to be the nicest. As of August 2008 the prices were 695 for a two bedroom apartment w/966 square feet and 745 for a two bedroom with 990 square feet (the extra room is all in the master bedroom). Water, sewage, & garbage are included. There's a dishwasher in each unit but no washer or dryer or hookups for them. The carpets are a not very pretty dark brown & the cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom are not very solid but look serviceable. The apartment includes access to two pools, a sauna, security patrol in the evenings, a weight room & clubhouse, covered parking, and two laundry facilities.
