TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE\t\nDiamond Wireless is the WORST cell phone location I have ever patronized. \t\n\t\nUNETHICAL PRACTICES\t\nTheir management is unethical and refuses to stand behind their products. My experience has been that they may or may not allow you to simply exchange merchandise that doesn't work. It all depends on which employee is working.... Pathetic!!!!\t\n\t\nBUY FROM VERIZON DIRECTLY AND RECEIVE BETTER SERVICE AND WARRANTIES\t\nDO NOT buy anything from this so called business. You will get better service, a better deal and MOST of all better protection and customer service by buying from Verizon directly.\t\n\t\nI went here because it was in the mall and easy to stop by instead of going to the Verizon store. I wish I would have taken a few extra minutes and driven to Verizon. I have never experienced the poor customer service that I experienced at this store with Verizon. I am shocked that Verizon even allows them to bear their name!!!!\t\n\t\nBUYER BEWARE\t\n If you have a problem with anything you purchase from them... Good luck!
