Great service. Would recommend their service to anyone. Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in Culver City, CA. 2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt. Boy am I glad my fiance found Village Locksmith Store online. We just moved to Culver City , CA and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way.
