Hello. August 8'th my wife and i were celebrating our 35'th anniversary. We were on vacation and staying a couple of days in Crescent City. The window on our car fell off the track and we could'nt get anyone to fix it as it was a sunday. We had all of our belongings in the car and were sightseeing, and frankly thought we might have to just go home. We saw the Crescent City True Value, and went there to get some tools to try and rig something up. we met your employee James. He asked his boss if he could help us out. his boss said OK. He came out to our car, removed the door panel and got the window back on the track so we could wind it up and lock our car. He saved our vacation. he wouldn't accept any money. He is an awesome person as is his boss. It's nice to know the scruples True Value has and that they truley care about their customers.
