About Crescent City, CA

Crescent City, the headquarters for the Redwood National Park, is located in and the county seat of Del Norte County, California. It was named for the crescent shaped beach that is just south of the city. Major attractions located in Crescent City include the Battery Point Lighthouse and Ocean World. The city also offers many different shopping areas which include large retail establishments as well as smaller locally owner stores. Students living in Crescent City attend the Del Norte Unified School District. The city is also home to three private schools including the Foursquare Christian School.
