normally i wouldn't write a review, in fact this is my first time. i lived at wood bridge for five years and i got along ok with management.... i pretty much get along with anyone if i have to.I saw a review that commented on how rude the manager is Actually she is down right abusive and she does not even know it. This person running these apts is so rude, do'nt be a victum. She is so unprofessional and rude. I don't know how these people put up with her on a daily basis. Today, I went back to the management office for concerns related to broken items that I discovered in my apartment following the initial inspection. I even supplied photos that showed a broken refrigerator vent cover, a leaking faucet, mildew build-up around the bathroom window frame, and an incorrectly wired AC unit. The most horrific discovery was the improperly wired air conditioning unit located on my back porch. I called two electricians, both of whom said the wiring violated local and national electrical codes. One even said that a City Inspector can verify the violation. When I approached management with my problem about the air conditioning unit, the first thing one manager said was, “I never went out there.” As if there is ever an excuse for dangerous electrical wiring. Please protect yourself, no matter where you choose to live. Take plenty of photos, get witnesses, and request copies of everything! It is your right! ...read more
