If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Having worked in retail and customer service for a few years now, I know how difficult it can be to deal with customers. But this place obviously has no idea how to properly treat people. Customers are people too.My boyfriend went in twice asking about a certain plan that was clearly listed on their website. In fact, he showed them what the website said, and they repeatedly told him it did not exist and they could not help him. After each visit to this T-Mobile location, he called the Customer Service number and they told him that they could help him order his phone and get his plan started, and that they can sell him the plan he found online. After the first time, he decided to go back in and talk to them because he wanted to be able to pick up the phone in the store. Again, they told him it didn't exist.
