Dr. Sam the anesthesia is a is known to over charge his patient . Iam taking him out to small claims court since he didn't resolve the issue I had . He over charged me $500 so beware . The principal is I f he's doing it to me then how many other clients had he done it with. I have my proof and evidence and ready for court . I do not recommend him at all!!! ...read more
