I first brought in my table saw blade for sharpening and he had it done for me the same day even though I brought it in late. Everywhere else wanted twice as much to sharpen it and they couldn't get it back to me for 2 weeks! He was a life saver. I was so impressed I took in the blades for my chipper for him to sharpen and it is working great! He even had those done the same day. Tom is great, personable, and does real quality work. He is the ONLY person I will have sharpen anything for me. It's easy to find his shop, too. Just look for the signs that say "Sharpening" and follow them. It leads you right to him. He sharpens everything from saw blades to knifes to scissors. He is an asset you can use for everything needing to be sharpened. Great job, Tom! I called them with a very vague idea of what I need, Mark was very helpful and not only pinpointed what I actually need, but saved me money when he explained the smaller option would be sufficient for my needs - it was! As for the equipment being in "Deplorable and dangerous condition" is completely inaccurate, all I saw was equipment that is obviously used regularly, I don't imagine ANY rental equipment company waxes and paint everything after each use, that's just silly. Also, describing the employees as looking like they "just crawled out from under a rock" then advising people to go to the competitor, just screams of the previous review being written by an employee, or a friend of that company - sad to see false, terrible reviews written on a company, just to boost ones own company. ...read more
