As written to Global Fitness. ""Please cancel this order. Its a bit disappointing that you don't have these bikes in stock however that is NOT the reason I am upset. I have had to call your company 3 times regarding an update on my order. I should not have to do so. One time someone promised to call in a week with an update and that did not happen. No one offered me a different bike selection until I was completely irate. Your customer serivce is terrible and I would rather pay full price from a local dealer knowing that they care about their customers. I will NEVER order from you again.
