Mark Greenwald was recommended to us by a neighbor. He was one of four contractors who quoted on our garage remodel. We chose him based on the thoroughness of his inspection prior to quoting, and the quality of the work we saw in his reference jobs. He has a small, skilled crew of two who can handle just about every aspect of a job. We were particularly pleased with the way Mark made sure we were happy with the way the job was progressing and doing what he could to minimize our costs. We also appreciated him making sure the job site was clean and tidy at the end of each day. Unlike most contractors who create a fixed price contract at the beginning of a job and you pay as milestones are reached, Mark gives you an initial estimate and charges for his actual labor and materials on a weekly basis.
