If you are concerned with the local Santa Cruz economy than you will not be happy with supporting Oneill Surf Shop, as is. This Christmas, Oneill dolled out $25 gift cards to STARBUCKS for all of their employees while local coffee shops are withering away because of huge out of town companies like these. What were they thinking?? Oneill may have some "cool" clothes, but as far as a local company, they are a major bummer. They treat their employees like peons and take a totally corporate attitude in all things business.
