That rude lady was just somebody who was hired to answer the phone when they not available. She was not the staff in the same office actually. The owner of Budget Blinds in Canyon Country, CA called me for apologize right after he read my complain. I finally chose their service. I'd been shopping around for shutters for a while, and I have to say their price is pretty good and reasonable. Their service is very professional and efficient. While most company would need 8 weeks for make the shutters, the Budget Blinds only need 4 weeks and they didn't delay for it. After they installed the shutters and shades, they also cleaned up every trash from their work, you don't have to worry about the mess form the installation. After installation,we found one of the shades has somewhat not perfect, so we email the owner directly, and he came to fixed it in the next few days. Just moving in a new house and looking for at least 13 window shutters. So I callled Budget Blinds: 661-219-4284 today (Feb/3/09). The lady who answered the phone was so rude. I said I called for an appointment for wood shutters, and she just hung me up, and I called again, still the same person, and said her phone was just off, but she had no sorry for that.
