i have a home warranty with a major insurance company that i purchased when i bought my home. During this cold spell we just had a few weeks ago my heater crapped out and with a newborn baby and a very emotional wife i needed to get it fixed. It was Sunday afternoon, i called the insurance company and then Steven called me about 20 minutes later. Steven was very understanding and even though it was a Sunday still managed to have someone come out to us within 2 hours and fixed the heater. The charge was less then i expected for a Sunday, actually it was less then the other companies that i had referrals to from my friends. The price difference between these guys and M. Diamond was like 3 times, M.Diamond was giving me a 4 hour window, because it was a Sunday. The tech was Russian I think, but he was very knowledgeable and not intimidating at all to let in your house. He was in and out within 45 minutes and prior to starting any work he asked me a series of questions that gave him a better idea of where to start and in turn saved him time and me money. Overall I am very happy with the service and I'm glad that the insurance company referred these guys to me, because otherwise i don't know if i would of found them. For as long as their prices stay good, their techs stay knowledgeable and their customer service remains at the top of the list, i will use them for any work i have even if i don't have the insurance plan. ...read more

I called my home warranty company and they sent these people out to my home. the service man could barely speak english, he was either armenian or russian. he went out to the a/c unit and tinkered with it and charged me $55.00, my deductible. the a/c stopped working an hour after they left. i called them back and was told by the operator they were too booked to send someone out i would have to wait 4 days for another service call. it was 110 degrees that weekend and i had to go to a hotel room. when the same unpleasant service man arrived 4 days later he tinkered again with the unit furnace-a/c unit inside and told me he would have to go back to the office and they would be in touch with me. 3 days later they havent called me back and finally i called today and was told i would have to wait until monday for the manager to come in and they would be calling me back. i wonder if ill get a call back? if i didnt have to go thru my hmoe warranty company i would NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE again. ...read more
