I went in today to get a haircut and the service from the "stylist" was awful and the receptionist was rude like I was inconveniencing them with my business. When I sat down in the chair I noticed EVERYTHING was DISGUSTING. None of her scissors, clippers, or length attachments were clean. They were ALL covered in someones (or multiple someones) hair. There was not one container of sterilization solution in sight. The "stylist" then PICKED UP a clipper covered in hair, and used it on me. I was so shocked I couldn't even speak. For the next 3 - 5 minutes she took the clipper and proceeded to literally butcher my hair, and then had the nerve to say "all done." My hair looked like it was different lengths (my side burns certainly were). I had to argue with her to go back and fix it the way I wanted. After a long battle, she moderately fixed her original job, but I ended up having to go home and have my girlfriend fix all the areas she messed up on. I bought Palazzi's Groupon for their Keratin Treatment. I paid $125 for a "supposed" $300 treatment. I had this treatment (for $300) last year at another salon and it was AMAZING. It lasted for almost 10 months. This time it didn't work AT ALL. My hair is naturally straight but has some frizz and it looks as though I had nothing done.\t\nLast year when I had it done, we went to Hawaii and I was able to wash my hair, go out with it wet and it would dry straight and no frizz. It was so awesome and I really was looking forward to having it done again. I left Palazzi a voicemail about a week ago giving them the benefit of the doubt (maybe the product had gone bad or something??) but no response. I am so disappointed about my hair and that I basically threw away $125.00 - OH, plus a $20 tip I gave the girl. So $145 for NOTHING.....sigh.... ...read more
