Sterling Property owns this apt and hires slumlords to fake “manage” the complex. An idiot named Jose “claims” he manages the apt even though he’s NEVER been here, and instead sends his incompetent mother Rosa to “clean up” the complex but all she does is take people’s stuff (her stupid version of cleaning). I later found out this pathetic loser Jose is Not the manager and that he’s just some young, lowlife punk who lied about being manager and also lied about being a police officer. So I reported to the police dept about him “portraying” himself as a cop, and they said they now have his info and would look into it cause that’s a felony. Also, these old apts have a lot of problems… So a now-fired, incompetent slumlord named Samantha Kelley would send her inconsiderate, dumb husband to “fix” things but all he did was further damage what needed to be fixed! Bill Moore, Hal Pappano, and Dan Moore are the owners of this ridiculous company; and yet they do nothing but lie to tenants and dismiss phone calls like the unprofessional, money hungry wolves they are (especially Bill and Hal). Hal is the most abrasive liar out of those three, but the other issue is the slumlord managers they hired - Samantha Kelley and Mike Miguel Garcia. Mike will come into your apartment without permission, walk around the apartment property bullying tenants, and never perform his job duties. Samantha Kelley is a lying witch who promises to have repairs fixed in the apartment but never does, and when you call her out on her nonsense she blames "being too busy to do her job" as an excuse to not be professional and handle her job responsibilities. I moved into this residence in February 2012 and HAD to move out 3 days before Christmas that same year because of the staff's lack of knowledge on healthy living conditions and standards that they are required to supply. Due to a leak in the roof in my children's room Roxanne Melendez allowed the maintenance people to contaminate all of my kids things with asbestos and mold by cutting a whole is the ceiling, which in turn meant that I had to get rid of EVERYTHING that was in that room.
